Are you listed on Online Travel Agents (OTAs)?
There are many OTAs, some popular, others less known. There are those from which we have delisted because their approach disadvantaged our business as well as the experiences of guests who booked through them.
You can still find our accommodation listed on OTAs such as Vrbo (previously HomeAway), Booking dot com and Airbnb. There, you will see verified reviews from hundreds of guests we have hosted since 2017.
However, booking directly with us often provides greater flexibility and better value.

Who can stay in serviced accommodation?
Our serviced apartments are available for anyone over the age of 21. Whether you are travelling for business, leisure, a short-term stay or relocating to the area, our apartments are designed to make your visit comfortable. Our serviced apartments are suitable also for ‘Digital Nomads’ and global mobility professionals.
How many rooms do your apartments have?
We offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments to suit different needs. Two-bedroom apartments would feature two bedrooms that may have a combination of double beds, twin beds, super king sized beds and a pull-out double sofa bed in the living area. This means it is possible to accommodate up to six guests comfortably for family memes. For unrelated guests or business travellers where sharing a bedroom is not an option, then a maximum of three guests can be accommodated in a two-bedroom apartment.
In addition, through our trusted network of highly credible serviced accommodation providers across the UK, we can help you with multi-destination bookings if you require accommodation in several cities or towns across the UK.
How can I book?
Booking is simple and can be completed online through our booking page. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive all the details you need and time-frame when details will be sent. This will ensure a smooth check-in on your date of arrival.
What is serviced accommodation?
Serviced accommodation is fully furnished and designed for both short-term and long-term stays. It also includes added benefits such as cleaning, maintenance, and access to on-call staff for support.
What is the minimum length of stay?
Ideally, the minimum length of stay in our apartments is three days. This makes them ideal for both short city visits and longer stays. However, do contact us if your requirement is different.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 2:00 pm (UK time) on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Alternative check-in times may be applicable to some of the serviced accommodation we provide. In all instances, however, check-in and check-out times ensure our cleaning teams are allowed adequate time to prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Can I request an earlier check-in or later check-out?
Yes, you can request earlier check-in or later check-out, but this is subject to availability. Therefore, please contact us earlier if you would like to request either or both options. Please note also that an extra fee would apply for this. Therefore, if your arrival is at an earlier time for check-in (before 2pm, for example) or would like to arrange to check-out at a later time (after 11am, for example), then do contact us at the earliest opportunity.
Can I request an extension to my stay, for a few days or weeks?
Yes, you can request an extension to your stay, be it for a few days or weeks. You should make this request as your earliest opportunity as we will need to reschedule with our cleaning team if that property is available.
Please note that in instances when the apartment where you are staying is not available after your checkout date, we will make every effort to find you an alternative serviced apartment as close as possible to your current location. Do reach out and ask how we can help you with extending your stay in a serviced apartment.
